Privacy Policy

This screen is a place to copy today's sentence by hand. There are no accounts, and no field for your name or contact details. The only input is what you type into the transcription box. What you type is compared to the original only inside your browser and never reaches our server.

The share card (a 9:16 image) is also drawn on a canvas inside your browser after you finish. This site stores nothing (not even local storage). Reloading clears the transcription box.

What we never send

• What you type into the transcription box, in any form.
• The share card image is built in your browser and handed to you for sharing or saving. It never passes through a server.
• IP addresses and device information (User-Agent) are not read, and no cookies are used.
• No notifications are sent, and permission for them is never requested.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically injects a visit-tracking script into our pages. We did not add it, so we have configured your browser to refuse it. The tag itself is still injected by that layer though, so we would rather you know about it. We use no cookies of our own.

Anonymous signals the server receives

• Step names (page opened, transcription started, today's sentence completed, share card clicked, first touch on the page), the interface language, a channel label, and the date you arrived (day only, no clock time).
• What you typed and the sentence content are never included. Only the fact that a step was reached is counted.
• If something breaks on screen, we send only the error name and an eight-character fingerprint of where it happened, never the message, stack, or address. At most three per visit.
• These signals live in short-term server logs only. We may show Google AdSense ads to cover running costs; Google may then use cookies or ad identifiers under its own policy.

How to delete

This screen stores nothing in your browser, so there is nothing to delete. Reloading clears the box.
